Trend: Babylights

Decode: The ombrΓ© trends of last season has been replaced with Babylights; super soft highlights that soften the roots of solid-colored hair. The highlights are smoother and have a gradual change than ombrΓ©.

Get the look: Super low maintenance and looks fabulous on dark colored and wavy hair, this ultra thin highlight in shades of warm metallics such as copper, rose gold and yellow-gold inspired blonde is perfect for a natural and textured look.

Trend:Brown With Red Accents

Decode: Rusted coppers and muted reds on a brown base go perfectly with the warm Indian skin tone.

Get the look: While fiery reds do not complement the Indian hair and skin tone, why not experiment with muted red highlights or play up the dark bases with some rusted copper.

Trend: Balayage

Decode: Complement your vacation tan with some sun-kissed luscious tresses. The colour is applied freehand vertically, to give you breezy beachy locks.

Get the look: Perfectly complementing the Indian skin tone, this hair colouring technique looks uber natural depending on the colour palette you choose for the highlights; browns, caramels and blonde looks pretty amazing on dark hair.
