The Cool Guide To What You Need To Do In Delhi

The list of things to do in Delhi could very well be endless. But amongst the chaos of stores, streets and restaurants, there are a handful of places that are simply too cool for school. It’s these places you need to be at, eat at, be seen at and generally go to whether you’re just visiting or even living in Delhi.

Of course we asked Delhi’s coolest to give us their list of favourites for our cool list. So let Aashna Singh, Karishma Boolani and Akshita Sekhri give you the 411 on all the good stuff Delhi has to offer.

Akshita Sekhri

When you’re in Delhi, food isn’t something you can ignore. Akshita highly recommends Artusi for their authentic Italian menu. It’s also her all-time favourite!

Your Sunday binging would be incomplete without a visit to Coast Cafe. Not only is their menu extremely delectable, they also provide your weekly intake of art and prints – fashionistas, take note!

If you’re looking to make a quick stop for a meeting and a sweet bite, Miam at Hauz Khas is where you need to be!

Karishma Boolani

According to Karishma (Cookie) Boolani, there’s nothing like aimlessly strolling around Khan Market on any given day. One of her favourite spots in the area has got to be the Faqir Chand book store.

For visitors to the city, she suggests taking a tour of the historical remnants at Nizamuddin, specifically the Tughlaqabad Fort.

And finally, while Blue Tokai was on everyones Delhi list, Karishma insists that eating at Cafe Lota in the Crafts Museum at Pragati Maidan is a must-do!

Aashna Singh

For Aashna Singh, it’s all about the ramen. And you’ll find the best ramen in town at Fuji – and really, that’s all you need!
