1.What are the 5 best workouts that can help tone up the legs in the shortest time frame?
Squats, lunges, cable butt blaster, step-ups and calf raises.
2.Any diet tips while focusing on toning up the legs?
Eat a balanced diet—each meal should consist of carbs, protein and fiber. Quinoa is a great grain to add to your diet. Drink lots of water. In the summer add more fruits and vegetable juices.
3.What are the activities one can incorporate into their daily life to tone up legs faster?
Climbing stairs, cycling, walking, running and skipping.
4.Which is your favourite workout gear brand? And what do you suggest a client wear to workout?
My favourite brand is Lululemon Athletica. Clients should wear comfortable clothes in which they can workout easily—the fabric should be stretchable and breathable.
