Our favourite Bollywood filmmaker, KJo, donned the designer’s hat and launched a new collection for Vero Moda called ‘Marquee’ last weekend. The limited edition collection features blingy, sequined high street designs for the uber-chic urban girl, with notable influences from haute couture. Anaita Shroff Adajania styled the entire collection, while Kangana Ranaut walked the ramp as showstopper.
The creme de la creme of fashion and film fraternity turned up in full force to cheer for Karan Johar. The well-coordinated fashion show was followed by a grand post-show celebration.
Here are some of the looks from the collection that SC thought especially stood-out.
And here are some of the Bollywood celebs that attended the show and scored a full ten on their style quotient.
Neha Dhupia rocked a Royal Nilgiri embellished jacket with distressed denims and a Bottega Veneta clutch.
Kiara Advani wore a River Island dress in hot pink with not one, but two thigh high slits. She accessorised with a statement necklace from Outhouse.
Lisa Haydon was wearing a monochrome ensemble by Anthony Vaccarello.
