DRVV: Androgyny, a recurring theme this season, returns to the Indian ramp with DRVV’s collection for LFW. The off-shoulder tuxedos, the risqué open-zipper dresses, Dhruv managed to hit all the right notes in our book.

Nikhil Thampi: The show started off with a tribute to Bollywood, some hit numbers from the 90s – the models strutted down the runway wearing gorgeous metallic dresses armed with tan belts and harnesses that were a match made in heaven – all so very glamourous!

Asmita Marwa: Took us to New York City, with her models grooving to the tunes of ‘Moves like Jagger’ dancing down the runway, with the on-lookers cheering on with happy faces. It was a fun-filled show with a busy NY street in the background and models wearing pop-art prints with Audrey Hepburn on most of them – almost like an artful tribute to Andy Warhol.

Quirkbox: The talented duo at quirkbox were suffering from wanderlust – airplanes printed on jackets, domes from Moscow on the backs and postcards on pants. The added feature was the wooden frames the models sported, perfect to put anyone in vacation mode!

Jatin Varma: “An affair to remember” is a title we’d like to give this collection – a romantic tribute full of flouncy gowns and ruffled details in unlikely acid greens and gorgeous pinks and violets offset with tunes of ‘Love me like you do’ playing on a violin. An honourable mention goes to the black masks the models sported.
