If only we needed another reason to get in the nude, the fashion runways have been glorifying the need to go au natural since the past few seasons. It could be easy and gorgeous, but most importantly, it’s hella sexy! Sit back while StyleCracker shows you how to embrace these beauty trends just right!
Keep it healthy and glowing. Opt for shades that not only complement your skin tone but also add dimension to your face, as you don’t want to look washed out. Start off with an eye cream and moisturizer, turning into a mild foundation and concealer, blending them clean and even. The concealer could be one or two shades lighter than your foundation. Invest in a bronzer or contouring kit, it’s the best way to achieve a natural-looking, healthy glow all over!
Skip the heavy eyeliner and grab an eyelash curler instead. Switch to neutral eyeshadows instead of smokey ones. Invest in a palette of natural shades which work for the day and night!
Exfoliate, first and do everything else, second. Start with a lip balm and finish the look with a nude lipstick. Matte lips in moderately light shades is the way to go. But remember, the lighter you go, the more ashy your lips will appear.
Don’t layer the paint too thick. Avoid nude shades with harsh yellow undertones, they’re not at all flattering for Indian skin tones.

STYLECRACKER TIP: While an all-out nude palette looks great on the ramp, in reality all-over nude make-up can make you look tired and washed out. Make this look more wearable by pairing subtly bright elements with bare ones. Balance bare eyes with an earthy lipstick or bold eye make-up with nude skin.
