Multi-designer first-of-its-kind jewelry store, Minerali, was launched on October 16th in Bandra and since, has caused quite a stir in the Mumbai fashion scenario. While fashion stylists and bloggers can easily been seen frequenting the store, celebs like Raveena Tandon, Roshni Chopra, Mandira Bedi and Tanisha Mukherjee have also been spotted.
When Minerali first opened its doors to the fashion crowd, what struck us about it was how it subtly oozes designer charm and luxury and strikes the perfect balance between the contemporary and the traditional. Currently, 12 Indian designers unite under the name of Minerali, with future prospects of international designers joining the mini revolution too.
This super-awesome jewelry shop-stop is turning out to be a keen eye when it comes to scouting out new talents, as many of the designers are debutantes. All of the 12 designers – Micare, Outhouse, Eina Ahluwalia, Vasundhara, Valliyan, Mrinalini Chandra, Bansri, Rara Avis, Pretty Stoned, Zariin, Tad and Made by M – have unique, widely priced collections, the pieces of which are handpicked by store director Varun Raheja himself.
The jewelry is an eclectic mix of traditional, contemporary, quirky and avant garde – a winning combination of fierce boldness, timeless elegance, delicate femininity and a dash of whimsical.
