See What Indian Bloggers Are Wearing To All The Weddings This Season

Let’s face it, November to end February has been ear-marked as ‘Wedding Season’ in everyone’s calendars. If you’re in your late 20s and up, the functions you need to attend are practically endless. Hell, I have one friend whose been to at least ten weddings back to back, including a few destination ones thrown in between! It’s hectic on your health, and more importantly, your wallets – how many outfits can a person buy!?

Our favourite Indian bloggers attended a big bunch of weddings this season, some even their own! We picked the best outfits from the lot and here’s why we like them so much:

Aayushi Bangur

How great would it be if you could skip that dupatta with your traditional lehenga? Well, there’s a way, and it comes in the form of an embroidered jacket like Aayushi’s.

Masoom Minawala

A jacket and dhoti pants is a great way to go for a sangeet. It’s contemporary and so different from what everyone typically wears!

Tina Kakkad

Another way to avoid that annoying dupatta (that always falls off while you’re dancing) is with a shirt. Pick an exaggerated silhouette like Tina’s and people won’t know what’s missing.

Mitali Sagar

An anarkali goes a long way and when you have one as blinged up as Mitali’s you can never go wrong! Make it modern with slicked back hair and a bold lip.

Surbhi Sethi

When you’re wearing traditional polki jewels and a lehenga, no one will notice you’re actually wearing a crop-top as a blouse. Surbhi’s entire outfit comes together so well!

Maia Sethna

Off-shoulder tops don’t look like they’ll ever go out of style, so why not try an off-shoulder blouse too? Add on a floral headband like Maia and voilà, your boho vibe is ready!
