Pune’s one and only concept store for all things fashion and art, Mairah, houses the best of what the Indian fashion market has to offer. Since its inception, the store has been receiving raving reviews for its unique art deco space and their carefully curated designer collections. Having aimed at providing a never before felt retail experience, it seems like they’ve certainly achieved that goal.
Conceptualised by Pune based designer, Harshita Chatterji Deshpande, Mairah has managed to successfully bring in fresh-off-the-runway pieces, along with a slew of designers that speak glamour and luxury. With the likes of Ridhi Mehra, Gaurav Gupta, Anushree Reddy, to name a few, they aim to attract belles of the ball and brides to be alike.
Along with its wearable chic offerings, the store also accommodates an exhibit space for the art lovers, namely, Studio M – from sculpture to hand crafted silverware, a sphere that encourages fresh talent and displays artwork by underprivileged children.
If an art and fashion sphere doesn’t leave you breathless yet, add to that Café Mairah, a vintage tea parlour meant for those who wish to unwind and soak in some Parisian glamour – sumptuous cupcakes and exotic teas at your disposal. Need we say more?
