Scroll through your snapchat or Instagram and about 80% of your contacts are dancing away at a wedding. We’re smack in the middle of shaadi season and even our office feels kinda empty because people are attending different functions all over the world. Getting married, especially as per Indian customs doesn’t end with just one event.
It’s officially wedding season which means your makeup is going to play a big role in your look. If you’re a bride-to-be, you’re probably on the hunt for a makeup artist to take care of your face for the big day. But to be honest, there are so many tutorials out there today, there’s no reason you can’t do your own makeup (with practice of course) and save some moolah.
If you’ve been following Lakmé Fashion Week this season, you’d notice that the last two days were bridal central! Sure there were a few designers (Antar Agni, Divyam Mehta, Wendell Rodricks) who put forward ready to wear separates like blazers, dresses and trousers. But sparkling lehengas, alternate saris and bejewelled cocktail gowns and dresses took centre stage.
