What if I don’t like something?

Fret not! You always have the option of exchanging it for something else upto 2 times or getting a refund. (Please read Return policy)

Which brands will be included in my SC Box?

This solely depends on your preferences and budget.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do however shipping charges will apply.

How can I make my payment?

You can choose to make an online payment or opt for cash on delivery.

Will my personal account information be confidential?

Yes absolutely. Any information you share with us will only be used to provide a better and more personalized shopping experience to you, and would not be disclosed elsewhere under any circumstances.

What if my order gets delayed?

We do our best to deliver all orders within the expected delivery date. However, sometimes, it might take us longer than expected to deliver your product. In the event that your delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please email us at [email protected] with your tracking number, so we can assist you with the same.

How do I create a Return Request?

In the rare case that you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, you can raise a return request with us on our website.

To return a product in your order, just follow the simple steps below:

1. Sign In- Sign in with your registered email ID or social ID (Facebook or google+)

2. Choose the item to be Returned/Exchanged

3. Click on Return- Click Exchange against the product you wish to exchange.

I have created a Return/Exchange request. When will the product(s) be picked up?

Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pickup your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 4 – 7 days.

I have created a Return request. When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated upon successful pickup as per the Returns Policy. The refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account within the following timelines:

NEFT - 1 to 3 days post refund initiation & return process

Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

I have received my SC box but cannot place a return/exchange request as the status of the order is not updated correctly?

Please write in to us on [email protected] and our customer care team will be sure to help you out at the earliest.

Can I make any changes to an exchange that has been initiated?

No. Once an exchange has been initiated, no changes can be made and any other queries regarding the particular order can be solved once the exchange products gets delivered to the customer only.

Order Tracking

You can check the status of your order by visiting the “My Orders” section of your account. Visit the ‘Track Your Order’ section, where you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.
