In the rare occasion that the fit, colour or quality of the products in the box doesn’t flatter you, lucky for you, we would be happy to exchange any item in the box except jewellery, beauty & accessories upto 2 times. In the small chance that you don’t like any items in your box, we will accept a return of the entire box within 7 days of receiving the box and a refund shall be done appropriately.However, email our customer service executives within 48 hours of receiving your box us on [email protected]. They will assist in your exchange or refund process.
Please note: We offer refunds after receiving your original box and/or one exchange. After the second exchange we will strictly not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
The returned items should be unwashed and unused. Please keep the product intact as they need to be returned in their original packaging with the tags.
In case of exchanges, we request you to send us only the items that are to be replaced. In case if any extra items apart from those to be replaced are sent at the time of collection, a nominal logistic fee of INR 99 will be levied on the delivery of the exchange products.
We strive to deliver the very best! But unfortunately, if you receive a damaged/defective product, do notify us within 48 hours of receiving the box. Share a picture with us at [email protected] and we’ll make it our top priority!
Following product categories fall under "No Exchange" unless there is an inherent damage/quality issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.
We try our best to make the return process seamless for you! However, all products being returned needs to reach the above mentioned requirements, or else, we would not be able to offer a return/refund to you from our end.
Unfortunately at this time we are only able to offer refunds on entire boxes. However, we will be happy to have items exchanged up to 2 times to help you find something that suits you.
Ways to refund your box:
Please note: It can take up to 14 working days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our warehouse, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. The tracking for any order related queries can be checked under the “My orders” tab.

To become a #SCBox Club member you have to pay just ₹1999 per month for 6 months.
Based on your category selection, you will get 3 to 4 products per box. Each product will be picked by your celebrity stylist and will be perfectly suited to your style and fit.
In the event that you would like to exchange a product or all the products in the box, we will accept the request absolutely free of cost as we offer 2 exchanges per box. All items can be exchanged except jewellery products.
If you wish to cancel your StyleCracker Box Club Membership, you will be charged the balance amount of the FULL PRICE per box i.e. ₹4500.
(Balance amount per box is calculated basis number of full price boxes bought after deducting monthly payments made)
Please note that we do not offer any refunds on the membership boxes post delivery of the Membership box and applicable fees will be charged based on the number of boxes delivered.
Memberships will stand cancelled if the monthly installment is not paid within 15 days of the payment due.
